Have you ever found your dreams too big to tackle?

Pastors long to see the peoples of the cities they shepherd restored to God through Christ, and they yearn to see their communities flourishing through transformation and restoration. That dream often motivates us to press on after another week of paperwork, meetings and emergency visits. But going from dream to action is hard, partly because of the scope of the vision. Reaching a city requires personal conviction and Spirit-led strategy.

Miles McPherson, pastor of Rock Church in San Diego, Calif., has lived through self-destruction, and transformation, and is now at work pastoring, training and releasing a huge community of “Do Something” Christians to reach the city of San Diego.

Speaking at Foursquare Connection 2015 in Anaheim, Calif., Miles outlined for church leaders a simple strategy to becoming a church body that reaches and transforms a city.

Watch this session, “Sent to Mobilize Others,” and discover resources that will help you go from dream to action, to reach your city.
