Serafin Contreras Galeano, Foursquare pastor, missionary and licensed counselor from Venezuela, joined Angie Richey, president of Life Pacific University and licensed marriage and family therapist, to recognize and address the unique mental and emotional issues faced by pastors and leaders. At Foursquare Connection 2022 in Orlando, Fla., they shared how leaders can maintain and improve their health during a time of increased stress, change and polarization. They encouraged our movement to value mental and emotional health and, like we will be doing soon at Foursquare Forum, to be honest with one another about our struggles and tough questions.
