Recorded live at Foursquare Connection 2012 in Phoenix, the Learning Tracks for senior pastors feature Foursquare pastors and leaders discussing how senior pastors can better disciple their congregations and engage their communities. They reflect on ways to connect with the next generation, and share ideas to create a culture of discipleship and community engagement.

Discipleship within the church is one of the best ways to mobilize today and tomorrow’s leaders with the lessons learned from past generations. In these Learning Tracks from Foursquare Connection 2012 in Phoenix, speakers discuss the identity of the next generation, present tangible ways to create a culture of discipleship for each church, and inspire leaders to engage their communities with the practical love of Christ and the gospel message.

David Kinnaman, author of You Lost Me: Why Young Christians are Leaving the Church … and Rethinking Faith, discusses why young people are leaving church as well as how NextGen leaders and senior pastors can disciple this next generation amid a changing culture. Foursquare National NextGen Representative Kelly Fellows also shares during this session.
