The Foursquare Cabinet, which met in Glendale, Calif., March 1-3, selected two presidential candidates: Glenn C. Burris Jr. and Dennis W. Easter. The presidential election will be conducted at the international convention, which meets in Atlanta, May 31-June 3, 2010.

Glenn Burris Jr. currently serves as the interim president of The Foursquare Church, a position he assumed September 1, 2009. In addition to having been a pastor and a supervisor, he had served as the general supervisor since 2002.

Dennis Easter currently serves as the senior pastor of Portland Foursquare Church, a position he has held since 2005. He has been a district supervisor and a senior supervisor in addition to having served in various other pastoral roles.

More complete information regarding the presidential candidates will be available on the Foursquare website at www.Foursquare.org on April 16, 2010. We ask that you pray for both the Burrises and the Easters as they walk through the next few months; also, please pray for the presidential election and the other important components of the convention.
