The Northwest District Advisory Council serves the Northwest District much the same way a Foursquare church council serves a local Foursquare church. They are a team of empowering leaders who are asked to give council, to influence the leadership and direction of the District Supervisor and team and to be key voices to the district’s churches and leaders.
