Foursquare partners recently transitioned one of our base camps to the small town of Pearlington, Miss. During the search for the new base camp location, the Lord blessed them with the property that was once the US Post Office located right in the middle of downtown Pearlington.
Kim Voisin and his team along with Hartley Correll from our Foursquare District office and several other churches participated in the new base camp dedication. The team has also been called upon to help organize the first community wide worship gathering of white and black congregations.
It is extremely hot and humid in Mississippi and the teams are asking for volunteers who are physically and spiritually strong. Please continue to intercede over this endeavor. It is becoming evident that teams are there for more than just physical labor. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms — Ephesians 6:12
