Foursquare Multiply is inviting young leaders to come together for two days of rich theological exploration and relevant cultural conversations.
These Pillars events will be held in four cities across the nation throughout 2026: San Diego, Seattle, Dallas and Atlanta. Each event is designed to challenge current and future leaders, ages 18-35, whether they are a volunteer, senior leader or somewhere in between.
Russell Joyce, who serves as Foursquare’s multiplication and expansion director, says the events are intended to help “young leaders discern the call of God, answer the call of God, and step into the call of God as pillars in His church.”
Each stop on the Pillars tour will include a mix of traditional group sessions with main speakers, as well as smaller, group-learning labs and helpful Q+A sessions. Leaders will have space to build relationships and receive spiritual direction. The time will conclude on the second day with an intentional time of worship.

The events are meant to help strengthen ministry efforts and cultivate the prophetic power of the Holy Spirit. Russell notes that, as the world quickly changes, “we’re witnessing in real time the cracking of institutions and societal structures that previously kept us tethered together.
“Jesus’ church is the hope of the world” he continues, “and I am thoroughly convinced He is raising up a new generation of kingdom leaders who will be grounded in truth and filled by the Spirit to meet the pressing needs of our day.”
This intent is where the events’ namesake was derived: “These new kingdom leaders must be like ‘pillars’—living stones—strong in character and equipped with necessary skills so as to join with the Lord and help shepherd the next move of God.
“It will require all of us to partner together,” Russell asserts. “That’s what these gatherings are all about: helping young leaders discern the call of God, answer the call of God, and step into the call of God as pillars in His church.”
