A decade ago, the Lord issued a challenge to Norma Perez-Morin.

This challenge to Norma, who serves as co-pastor with her husband, Javier, of Sycamore Park Foursquare Church in Los Angeles, was to be an advocate for a vulnerable sector of the community: orphaned kids and foster children. At the time, she had the heart but not the connections.

Many times in ministry we find this—the call precedes the capacity. Likening her circumstances to those of David facing Goliath, Norma shares a testimony of encouragement during this interview, recorded live at Foursquare Connection 2016 in Honolulu. Through obedience with what she had, she has seen God multiply her effectiveness and empower her for more.
