The greatest commandments are to love God and to love your neighbor (Matt. 22:37-40). The great commission is to go into all the world and make disciples (Matt. 28:19). Pastor Rick Fry reminded leaders at Foursquare’s Central Pacific District Fall Conference that these two “greats” often get confused and lost in the mire of everyday ministry. But it is for this reason that we were called. Rick encouraged attendees to get back to prioritizing the greatest commandments and commission working together and driving how we run our ministries.
