Leadership Lift call: Reaching Gen Z + Gen Alpha
Gen Z and Gen Alpha are not looking for performance-driven ministry — they are seeking something real. They long for relational connection, authentic leadership and faith that is lived, not just taught.
In our first Leadership Lift Call of 2026, we explore how churches and leaders can meaningfully engage and disciple the next generation in today’s cultural landscape.
Meet our guest: JJ Vercellono
We are honored to welcome JJ Vercellono, co-pastor of Real Life Church in Laconia, NH. JJ holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from LPU and serves as the Atlantic District NextGen Mobilizer alongside Neco Alexandré. She also leads New England’s Kids and Youth Camps.
With more than 32 years of ministry experience across California, North Carolina, Illinois and New Hampshire, JJ brings both wisdom and practical insight to this conversation. She and her husband, Tim, have three adult children and are proud grandparents — and she is affectionately known as “Lolli.”
A heart for the next generation
JJ’s passion is to help young people experience the real and abundant life Jesus promises in John 10:10 (MSG). In this call, she shares encouragement, perspective and actionable insights for leaders who want to cultivate ministries that are relational, authentic and grounded in lived faith.
Whether you serve in kids ministry, youth ministry or senior leadership, this Leadership Lift will challenge and inspire you to lead the next generation well.
