Tuesday Tune Ups offer practical, tangible, immediately actionable training content for pastors and leaders in Central District. The content of these calls are helpful for those in any role in a local church (i.e. lead pastor, asst. minister, non-licensed ministry leader, emerging leader, etc.)
This month, Beth Hackbarth shared insights on how to lead effectively and thrive as a non-lead pastor in Foursquare. This session provided practical equipping for leaders serving in various roles within the local church.
Foursquare U.S. has 1,500+ churches and more than 6,000 licensed ministers. The majority of our ministers serve in non-lead roles. Additionally, there are more leaders serving their churches in various capacities who are not yet licensed. If you’re part of this large majority, what does being a part of Foursquare mean for you? How can you best serve in a team dynamic within your own local church, and how can you connect with other leaders outside your context? What does advocating for your growth and development look like? In this workshop, you’ll learn principles for leadership at every level and tips/tricks for navigating the Foursquare terrain so you are empowered to step out into everything God has created you to be.
