When Pastor Ryan Kim felt the call to plant Banner Church in downtown Seattle, he was met with support and partnership from Ben Dixon, his then lead pastor of Northwest Church (Federal Way Foursquare Church) in Federal Way, Wash. This video, first presented at Foursquare Connection 2025, is an example of what it can look like to “pass the flame” to the next generation in the church today.
