What does discipleship really look like? While overseeing the Discipleship and Leadership Training (DLT) program, Gary Matsdorf, global education director for The Foursquare Church, felt that he was teaching about discipleship, but not actually doing it with anyone. He felt called by God to personally disciple a handful of individuals, including Giancarlo Agnoletto, a Foursquare pastor in Brazil. Their story is an example of what intergenerational and personal discipleship can look like.
