As two of our Regional Pastors conclude their time in this season of leadership on January 31st, 2026, we want to extend our deepest appreciation for their years of dedicated service. Their spiritual guidance, wisdom and partnership have been invaluable to the mission of Foursquare. We honor their contributions and the lasting legacy they leave within the Central District and beyond.

Honoring Pam Wold
We want to take a moment to honor and thank Pastor Pam Wold for her decades of faithful and courageous leadership in the Foursquare family.
For more than 40 years, Pam has embodied steadfast leadership marked by vision, resilience and an unwavering love for the Church. Alongside her husband, Ken, she began ministry shortly after graduating from LIFE Bible College, serving as youth directors for the South Central District before moving to Garland, TX, and eventually stepping into their longtime role as senior pastors of Living Way Foursquare Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, where they have faithfully led for 39 years and counting.
Since 2019, Pam has served our movement in multiple leadership roles — including regional pastor for AR/OK, interim supervisor, associate supervisor, and most recently regional pastor for the Central South region, serving Texas. In every assignment, she has led with bold conviction, empowering pastors and leaders to thrive with authenticity, integrity and spiritual depth.
Pam is known for her fearless voice, strategic insight and deep compassion — a rare blend of strength and grace that has inspired and equipped leaders across the district. She continues to pour into others as she and Ken finish strong in their co-pastor role at Living Way, investing in emerging leaders and the future of the Foursquare movement.
Those who know Pam also know her quick wit and sense of humor — especially her unintentional (and beloved) talent for mixing metaphors, which her family keeps a running list of! Her humility and joy remind us that laughter and love are some of the greatest marks of leadership.
Pastor Pam, thank you for your years of faithful service, courageous leadership and the lasting legacy you’ve built. We celebrate you with deep gratitude and admiration.

Honoring Deborah Tamez
We are honored to recognize Pastor Deborah Tamez for her faithful and impactful leadership as regional and area pastor over the past 15 years.
Since joining district leadership in 2011 as divisional superintendent for the Colorado Arkansas Valley Division, Pastor Deborah has served with excellence and dedication. She later became area pastor for the Colorado Front Range, then area/regional pastor over Colorado and most recently, regional pastor for the Central West Region—overseeing Colorado, New Mexico and El Paso.
Throughout her years of service, Pastor Deborah has led with wisdom, grace and a deep love for the Church. She has faithfully encouraged pastors in their appointments, provided steady leadership through seasons of transition and championed the growth and calling of others—especially women in ministry.
A passionate advocate for training and equipping God’s people, Pastor Deborah thrives when mentoring and empowering others to fulfill their God-given destiny. A lifelong learner and gifted communicator, she is known for her inspiring, motivational and life-giving leadership. Her joy is found in teaching the Word of God and witnessing lives transformed through its power.
Pastor Deborah has been married to her best friend and ministry partner, Manuel, for 41 years. Together, they have faithfully served as senior pastors of Life Center Church in Lamar, Colorado, for 22 years. Among her greatest joys is being the proud mother of two adult sons—Elijah and Angelo—and her cherished daughter-in-love, Alayna.
Reflecting on her years of service, Pastor Deborah shares:
“I have thrived in being part of the District teams and loved working with high-caliber leaders. Not only have I been challenged to grow as a leader, but this position has stretched me into untapped giftings and abilities. Some of my greatest wins have been encouraging pastors to succeed in their appointments, standing in the gap as interim while we wait for God to send the right leader, and coming alongside women who are walking out their God-given assignments.”
Pastor Deborah, thank you for your exemplary leadership, steadfast heart and lasting impact across our district. We celebrate you with deep gratitude and joy and continue to cheer you on as you serve your local church and champion leaders through your ongoing ministry in Lamar, Colorado.
