Dear Southeast District Superintendents,

What an exciting season we are living in right now! I believe that we are moving forward into an unprecedented season of fruitfulness among the churches which we serve as the Lord opens new harvest fields before us. It truly is a great time to be alive!

I would like for you to mark your calendars now for the weekend of August 27-29; Thursday evening through Saturday noon. This will be the first Southeast District superintendents’ summit and is going to be a very important gathering as we chart our course into the future. This event will be held at Camp Courtney in beautiful Hendersonville, N.C., and will be two power-packed days of prayer, worship, strategy, vision-impartation and relationship-building! I cannot overstate the importance of this event, and I am asking you to not see this as just another optional gathering of leaders. As key leaders in the new Southeast District, your participation is vital to our district’s overall success. All of your costs for the event will be covered except your travel to and from the camp—all you have to do is get there!

We would love for your spouse to join us, as well. When you RSVP, please let Keri know if your spouse will be joining you.

Children may attend, but please note that no childcare will be provided. Additionally children must be supervised at all times.

So, as soon as you can, please send an e-mail response to Keri Reed at kreed@foursquare.org confirming your attendance. We will be sending along an agenda and any updates and further details as the event draws closer. I am so very excited about this gathering and am looking forward to spending this important time together.

For the Harvest!
