Foursquare General Supervisor Glenn Burris Jr. announced a transition will take place March 1, 2008, within the Pacific Administrative Resource Center, which provides financial, properties, licensing and administrative support for Foursquare churches in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Hawaii.

Current Pacific Region administrator Rick Trimble will transition to a position as district administrator for the recently realigned Bay Area District, while Joe Volpi, currently at The King’s College and Seminary, will become the new Pacific Region administrator.

Rick has been administrator of the Pacific regional office since January 2006. Previously, he had served as Bay Area District administrator, and also was on staff at East Bay Fellowship in Danville, Calif. With the recent joining together of the Bay Area and South Bay Area districts under the leadership of Supervisor Ron Pinkston, Rick will return as administrator over the expanded region, bringing experience and expertise with him to the role.

Joe has served as senior vice president of finance and operations for The King’s College and Seminary since 2001, as vice president of finance and operations for Living Way Ministries since 2002, and is also a staff pastor at The Church On The Way where he oversees the Awana program. He will bring extensive experience in administration and executive leadership (he served as chief financial officer and chief operations officer for the USC Department of Family Medicine), as well as business acumen (he was founder and president of Volcom Computing and Business Solutions between 1989 and 1998) to the leadership role in the Pacific Region.
