Dr. Glenn Burris Jr., general supervisor and vice president of U.S. operations of The Foursquare Church, on behalf of President Jack W. Hayford, would like to extend an invitation to all Foursquare ministers and spouses throughout the United States to gather for the National Pastors Leadership Summit on May 4-5, 2007.

This is the third event in a series of summits arranged to engage the credentialed ministers and spouses in the ongoing visioneering of our church movement. Along with subjects that will touch on the six primary values of The Foursquare Church, we will be talking about the Center For Spiritual Renewal (Christiansburg, Va.), the Foursquare Association, the Center For Global Leadership Training and a significant new focus with regards to Foursquare Missions. These extremely important issues will shape the future landscape of The Foursquare Church.

This Foursquare Live! event will be broadcast to multiple sites throughout the United States and will be free of charge to all licensed Foursquare ministers and their spouses. Regarding the focus of this event, Pastor Jack recently elaborated three objectives:

  1. To provide spiritual refreshing and encourage vision.
  2. To provide spiritual nurture and enrichment for growth and health of the pastor’s personal life, marriage, relationship and family life.
  3. To provide practical emphasis on life-principles that release ministry.

Details regarding The National Pastors Leadership Summit are available at www.foursquare.org/live, including information on times, locations and registration. As more details become available, the web site will be updated so check back often. All leaders who participate in this event will receive a complementary copy of the book Restoring a Nation’s Foundation by Jimmy and Carol Owens as well as a DVD of the entire event.
