Brian Conley
Greetings from the great state of Tennessee!
I am the Pastor of Vine & Branches Foursquare Church in Dayton, Tenn., a wonderful body of believers who are simply crazy in love with our Lord Jesus. My greatest passion in life is to love my wife as Christ loves His church and raise my children to become passionate pursuers of Christ.
What a privilege to be able to serve our Tennessee churches. My desire in this new capacity is to strengthen our local churches, to reach and empower a new generation for Christ, and then to establish vibrant churches within our state.
How amazing is our God who is “able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.” (Ephesians 3:20-21)

“This is a year of New Wine.”
Joyful expectation rose in my spirit as I understood this to be a promise from the Lord of an unprecedented, last-days outpouring of the Holy Spirit in my life and on His church for the year 2009. Immediately I was reminded of Jesus’ words: “No one puts new wine into old wineskins.” That’s when I knew—this was a year of change!
With the planning and implementation of a nationwide restructuring process, our Foursquare family certainly knows about wineskin changes! Within the process of change, the Lord reminds us of the promises of the change. Be encouraged! The new wine of God’s Spirit is being poured out in your life, your family, your ministry, our Foursquare family and the entire body of Christ!
I am honored to serve Pastor Scott Reece and the wonderful pastors and ministers of the state of North Carolina, recognizing our rich heritage, while pursuing our promised destiny! “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen!” (Ephesians 3:20-21)

Hi Fellow Ministers of the Southeast District,
After serving as a superintendent for 20+ years, I am excited to be a part of this great district once again. I believe our leaders are right on target in the reorganization of the districts in our nation.
At my present age, I have a new vision and assignment from the Lord: to encourage and to counsel younger pastors and leaders. I realize that my basic assignment is to cover the state of Alabama, but if there is anything I can do to help anyone in another area, please don’t hesitate to call on me. My passion is to do my best to protect younger leaders from the pitfalls and the traps of the enemy, not to lord over anyone, but to nurture, encourage and to edify.
At your service,
Dr. Randy Hayes

Ron Gulick
I am so excited about what God is about to do in this new season. We have so much to praise God for and to abound in hope as we move forward as the new Southeast District.
What a privilege to be able to serve the North Florida area as a superintendent under the wise leadership of our district supervisor, Scott Reece.
God is bringing us together at this critical time for a powerful reason. Scripture tells us that, as we unite and truly come together, it will allow us to far exceed anything we could do on our own. My prayer and heart is for God to mold us together, not just in areas, but as a district so we will be ready to seize the great opportunities just ahead.

What an exciting time to be part of the Southeast District!
Never before have we seen such a racially and culturally diverse group of pastors and leaders in this part of the country. For months we have been anticipating the plans of the Lord, not only for the district, but for you, and it is so wonderful to watch them unfold. My heart is full of anticipation as we discover what God has been saying and doing in the hearts of leaders from all around the district.
In 2007, as the demolition of two of the original buildings and the 75-foot tower on the former Life East Bible college campus was being met with great resistance, Pastor Jack received the following word from the Lord:
“Even as this tower is being toppled, I [the Lord] am setting forward to topple strongholds everywhere throughout this church. Tell the leaders: Rise and receive what I am ready to set in motion where you minister! Stand and embrace the victory I am demonstrating against the darkness now! This is your hour of breakthrough … It will begin as you believe it … it will proceed as you move forward in faith.
“It will seem to fall in slow motion. There will be times you wonder if your obstacle has truly begun to fall. As with the contractor’s difficulties, you may find delays. But hear the Word of the Scriptures first—the Holy Spirit’s word by the apostle Paul, saying: ‘For the weapons of your warfare are not carnal, but they are spiritual—casting down imaginations—against arguments of the mind … against every pretension or high thing that boasts or sets itself up against God'( 2 Corinthians 10:4-5)”
Glenn Burris later shared that the tower fell that day from the direction of east to west and he felt like this was a significant moment, in that God was fulfilling the word given to Pastor Jack from the east to west!
I have held that word in my spirit the last couple of years and have seen God do some amazing things, but I believe we have only begun to see the unfolding of this word in our district. Racial barriers are being broken down, gender and culture barriers are being removed, and the full image of God is being restored to our family! I can’t wait to see what this next season holds as you and I join hands and commit to be a people that will go wherever He leads!
I currently serve as the co-pastor of Living Way Foursquare Church in Adairsville, Ga., alongside my wonderful husband of 18 years, Jon Spellman. We have three beautiful daughters and are the proud guardians of Bobby. I also serve as the principal of Living Way Christian Academy.

Will Fillingham
Hello to my New Southeast District Family/South Florida Area Family!
My name is Will Fillingham, and I serve as the area superintendent for the South Florida area.
How exciting it is to think about the days and years that lie ahead of us as a movement empowered to reach our corner of the United States! I believe together we will accomplish amazing feats in the Southeast District and we will leave our mark on Foursquare as a cutting edge district that is known for its creativity, initiative and service!
My heart and passion is to engage our culture with the practical love of Jesus and to tell a beat-down world that they are forgiven! I enjoy spending every waking moment loving people and dreaming of creative ways to engage them. I am honored and thrilled to dream, work and serve alongside of you all!
I look forward to serving in any capacity that may be needed for our district and to make myself available to you. You are in my prayers and thoughts, and I pray God’s prosperity and grace over you all!

Isaiah 54:1-8: “‘Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman,’ says the LORD. ‘Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited. Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; For you will forget the shame of your youth, and will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore.'”
Since coming to South Carolina six years ago, the Lord has spoken to me over and again about a restoration that He wants to bring to our region of the country. Not to insinuate the lack of vital ministry to this point or that no offspring has been produced. I simply believe that the best and most productive years ordained for the Foursquare family here in South Carolina lie ahead of us, not in our glorious past.
These past six years have been quite an adventure. Coming from Southern California, I have been privileged to serve as divisional superintendent over this beautiful state. Together, my wife, Debbie, and I have felt honored to work with two great supervisors and have learned so much from their leadership and example. Now, we are growing more excited each day to watch as the Lord sets the stage for a new season. Working through our new supervisor, Scott Reece, and his wife, Veronica, he is building a district team of anointed and committed leaders and re-establishing a strong and unified Southeast District.
If you haven’t already sensed it … if you’re still waiting and wondering what the future holds, my encouragement is that you join me in singing … open your mouth and cry out to the Lord … begin lengthening the cords and strengthening the stakes … ’cause God is getting ready to pour Himself out and a grand restoration is on the way!
