Meet the regional and area pastor team of the Northwest District of The Foursquare Church. Regional and area pastors are an extension of District leadership teams and exist to bring care to our pastors and leaders. These roles are essential to the vibrant life that marks Foursquare.
The Regional Pastor Role: Care and connection with Area Pastors, support transitions, identify opportunities for partnerships and church planting, identify church health issues, communication conduit between Area Pastors and District Team. Work with the District Team to identify opportunities for development, coaching and advancement of saturating the Northwest with life-giving churches.
The Area Pastor Role: Care and connection with the local pastors in their area. Area pastors work closely with the Regional Pastor.
