NextGen leaders often find themselves the de facto appointed person, and the pace of ministry can often leave them under-resourced and untrained. Unless NextGen leaders and pastors begin an intentional process of learning and developing emotionally healthy practices, this is unlikely to change. We now have access to a lot of great resources to help avoid burnout and to build a healthy future for NextGen ministry. These resources were recommended by P.J.
