We’re excited to announce that Pastor Josh Morgan will be joining the Central District team as a Central Southwest Regional Pastor beginning February 1, 2026. Josh brings a wealth of experience, creativity and relational strength to this role, along with a deep commitment to developing leaders and strengthening local churches. His heart for authentic connection, courageous faith and transformational ministry will be a tremendous blessing to pastors and leaders across the district.

Welcoming Pastor Josh Morgan

Josh Morgan currently serves the Central District as North Texas Area Pastor, bringing bold, innovative leadership and a deep love for developing people. Together with his wife of 32 years, Heather, he co-pastors Connect4LIFE Church in Waxahachie, TX — a thriving community built on authentic relationships, courageous faith and life-changing connection.

With an M.A. in Leadership and Community Organization from Integrity Seminary, Josh is known for his forward-thinking vision and passion for raising up leaders who impact both the church and their communities. Over his 11 years as Lead Pastor at C4L, he has championed growth, innovation and relational ministry, leading with conviction, creativity and compassion.

Josh’s leadership style is marked by authenticity, bold faith and a contagious belief that the church should be a place of transformation, not just tradition. He’s also known for his love of healthy competition — whether on the golf course, cheering for his Dallas teams or anywhere “they keep score.”

Josh and Heather are the proud parents of three daughters, each married to a wonderful man they deeply love.

We’re thrilled to welcome Pastor Josh into this new role and look forward to the impact his leadership will continue to bring to pastors, leaders and churches across the district.
