Essential is a gathering for women especially designed to focus on both the leadership and personal side of life. Utilizing this dual focus provides connection and development for both the emerging and established leader, as well as a personal spotlight on the spirit, soul and body. This conference is for ladies from all walks of life and all ages and stages.
This year we’ll enjoy the beautiful Rancho Las Palmas Resort in the Palm Springs area. We all need a little pampering from time to time, and the Essential team is all about pampering—you! The discounted room rate is also available a few days before and after the conference if you’d like to take advantage of an extended stay. The venue has a beautiful spa; and Friday afternoon is set aside as an open opportunity for you to schedule a treatment.
We are pleased to announce Rev. Rae Casteel Orozco as our speaker. Rae is the Senior Pastor of Grace to the Nations church in Tucson, Arizona. She is a sought-after presenter, both nationally and internationally; and ministers with a bold and prophetic anointing. However, Rae cannot be considered a ‘guest’ speaker because she is one of our very own Southwest District pastors. We are thrilled to have her join us this year.
