Please find below an open letter to the Foursquare family regarding regarding the discontinuance of Foursquare’s three Administrative Resource Centers (ARCs).
Dear Foursquare Minister:
Greetings during this wonderful Christmas season! Our prayer is that your hearts are filled with the love, joy and peace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as we celebrate His birth.
Several weeks ago, you received an extensive communication from our president regarding significant developments within our Foursquare family. We write to you today regarding the discontinuance of the ARCs and the establishment of centralized administration through a partnership of the Foursquare central office and your district office. This e-mail contains details relative to accessing administrative services that were previously provided by the ARCs.
We are pleased to announce that you will be able to contact all of the administrative services through the current Foursquare toll-free number!
- The primary point of contact for ministry and administrative needs is your district office. District supervisors may direct inquiries to central office personnel for situations requiring administrative support offered through specific departments of the central office.
- When calling the central office via Foursquare’s toll-free number (1-888-635-4234), a caller will be given the following options:
a. Dialing the appropriate extension
b. Selecting the appropriate extension from a directory
c. Pressing “0” to speak with an operator
Note: This option is available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time, and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday. - The central office will have representatives staffed to serve the Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.
