Dave Veach Appointed Supervisor of the Puget Sound District

Rev. Dave Veach has been appointed supervisor of the Puget Sound District of Foursquare Churches, effective February 1, 2006.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Executive Team of The Foursquare Church, President Jack W. Hayford and General Supervisor/Vice President Glenn Burris, Jr., are pleased to announce the appointment of Rev. Dave Veach to the position of supervisor of the Puget Sound District of Foursquare Churches, effective February 1, 2006. Dave will fill the position previously held by Rev. Bob Hasty who recently accepted a new ministry assignment in the Northern California area.

Dave Veach is senior Pastor of Living Word Fellowship Foursquare Church in Oak Harbor, Wash. Living Word is a growing congregation founded in 1990 and chartered with Foursquare in 1997. In addition to his role as senior pastor, Dave has also previously served in ministry as youth pastor, associate pastor, Christian school principal and public school teacher.

In recent years, Dave has been active in district and national leadership serving as head coach of the Northwest District Church Planting Team, divisional superintendent, Executive Council member, and most recently served as church health coordinator for the Puget Sound District of Foursquare Churches.

Born in Pullman, Wash. and raised in Ephrata, Wash., Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in education and is involved in continuing seminary studies through Regents University and Northwest University.

Dave and his wife, Windy, are the parents of 3 grown children: Chad, Bethany (married to Mark Wymore) and Kyle, all of whom are Bible college graduates or current students, and all of whom are currently involved in full-time ministry.
