In 2015, a study showed that only 1 percent of U.S. pastors would say they are doing “very well” at discipling new believers. Learning how to resist the speed of culture, to love well and to practice Sabbath rhythms are critical practices we must pass on to new believers. However, we must first embed these disciplines in our own lives. In this workshop recorded live at Foursquare Connection 2018, Paul Kuzma talks about his own journey discovering a heart-deep need for emotional wellness. He explores how emotional and spiritual maturity are intertwined, and how to integrate discipleship into our emotional lives for long-lasting transformation.
