What does passing the flame look like in action? In this workshop, first presented at Foursquare Connection 2025, Pastor Artur Simonyan shares some examples and advice from his time as pastor of one of the largest churches in Armenia and his time as a church planter in Florida. He encourages church leaders to look outside the church to grow, to identify the spiritual gifts of new believers and then encourage all believers to create their own platforms where they can use the gifts God has given them. He offers a unique perspective on the American church, and identifies potential points of growth and correction.
