Leading and equipping the next generation

How can leaders and pastors lead and equip young people today? In this workshop, originally presented at Foursquare Connection 2024, Pastors Bunny Correa and Sheldon Lacsina present a timeless recipe for discipleship consisting of five C’s: Christ, Community, Character, Calling and Competency. They explain how both neuroscience and the Bible support this recipe that can be used in any context and with any age group. They also provide practical examples of what this can look like in today’s world.
