Pastor Farrell Lemings discussed the nationwide crisis of children in need of adoption or foster homes. As adoptive and foster parents, Farrell and his wife, Charlotte, believe that finding loving homes for children in crisis is the front line of restoration for our nation. Despite that, Pastor Farrell believes the church has largely abdicated to the government this explicitly biblical responsibility.
